The Skills Fest

How The Skills Fest complements your member-records tool

Advancement trackers and membership databases are systems of record. The Skills Fest is the system for running the event itself.

Member-management and advancement platforms answer “who are our members and what have they earned?” The Skills Fest answers a different question: “how does next month’s event actually run?” — schedules with enforced capacity, family self-registration by signup code, day-of check-in, and attendance tracking. Most organizations use both: records live in the membership tool, events run here, and CSV exports carry results back to the system of record.

This page exists because groups ask if they must choose. You don’t — the tools do different jobs.
