The Skills Fest schedules classes on a visual grid: rooms down the side, timeslots across the top, classes dragged into place. Each class’s capacity is the smaller of the room’s capacity and the teacher’s limit; full classes take a fair waitlist that promotes automatically; and minimum-level rules and schedule conflicts are enforced at registration, not discovered on event day.
Multi-session classes span several timeslots, a class can be duplicated into other slots in one step, and secondary teachers share the load — all visible on the same board your whole team reads.
How the rules behave
