The Skills Fest runs 4-H events built around project workshops: create timeslots and rooms, drag sessions onto a schedule grid, and let clubs register 4-H'ers with a signup code — no family email required. Capacity follows room and project-leader limits, waitlists promote fairly and automatically, and organizers get check-in, attendance, and CSV/PDF reports for the county office.
The 4-H-style template pre-fills Clubs, Club Leaders, Project Leaders, Projects, and Age Divisions from Cloverbud to Senior, and sessions can require a minimum division so Cloverbuds stay in Cloverbud-appropriate programming.

What you get
Configurable terminology
Rename the small groups (Club/Troop/Pack), the awards (Honor/Merit Badge/Adventure), the participants, the leaders, and the levels or ranks — the whole app speaks your organization’s language, starting from one of ~12 templates or a blank slate.
Drag-and-drop schedule grid
A rooms-by-timeslots board. Drag classes between rooms and times; room capacity and a max-classes-per-room limit are enforced as you go.
Class capacity & fair waitlists
A class’s capacity is the smaller of the room’s capacity and the teacher’s limit. Full classes take a waitlist with automatic, fair promotion when a spot opens. Multi-session classes, minimum-level requirements, secondary teachers, duplicating a class into other timeslots, and a “manage students” roster with add/remove and schedule-conflict handling are built in.
Family self-registration — no email required
Leaders share a signup code; kids create an account with just a username and password. Staff and leaders can use email magic links when email is enabled, but it is never required.
Day-of check-in
Check-in numbers, live counts, and background-check flags for the door on event day.
Reports & exports
Registration grids, unit summaries, attendance summaries, printable timeslot rosters, background-check lists, and member exports — sortable and searchable in the browser, downloadable as CSV or PDF.

Yes. Any project session can carry a minimum age division — Cloverbud, Junior, Intermediate, Senior — and registration enforces it.
