Multi-session classes, minimum-level requirements, secondary teachers, duplicating a class into other timeslots, and a “manage students” roster with add/remove and schedule-conflict handling are built in.

Family self-registration — no email required

Leaders share a signup code; kids create an account with just a username and password. Staff and leaders can use email magic links when email is enabled, but it is never required.

Day-of check-in

Check-in numbers, live counts, and background-check flags for the door on event day.

Reports & exports
