A homeschool co-op day has a wrinkle most single-organization events don’t: families frequently register more than one child, across different ages, into different classes, on the same recurring day each week — and parents are often teaching a class themselves while their own kids attend someone else’s. A workable schedule has to handle multiple children per family and a rotating cast of parent-instructors cleanly, not just one kid, one class, at a time.

How your event maps to the app

Classrooms or activity rooms become rooms, each with a capacity that reflects a realistic class size for co-op instruction. Your weekly class blocks — first period, second period, an elective hour — become timeslots, repeating on whatever day your co-op meets. Each class sits in the grid with its own capacity, age or grade range, and instructor (frequently a parent volunteering to teach that subject). A family registers once and can enroll multiple children into different classes across the same day, with each child’s schedule tracked separately even though the family manages all of it from one account. Attendance and completion are tracked per child, per class, per week, so a semester’s worth of participation is available as a clean record rather than reconstructed from a term’s worth of sign-in sheets.
