Do Pathfinder families need email addresses?

No. Directors share a signup code and each Pathfinder creates a username and password. Email is optional and only used for staff magic links if you enable it.

Can we require an Investiture Level for certain honors?

Yes. Any class can carry a minimum-level requirement, and registration enforces it — a Friend can’t land in an honor you scoped to Rangers and above.

A rooms-by-timeslots board. Drag classes between rooms and times; room capacity and a max-classes-per-room limit are enforced as you go.

Class capacity & fair waitlists

A class’s capacity is the smaller of the room’s capacity and the teacher’s limit. Full classes take a waitlist with automatic, fair promotion when a spot opens. Multi-session classes, minimum-level requirements, secondary teachers, duplicating a class into other timeslots, and a “manage students” roster with add/remove and schedule-conflict handling are built in.

Family self-registration — no email required

Leaders share a signup code; kids create an account with just a username and password. Staff and leaders can use email magic links when email is enabled, but it is never required.
