Build an event schedule by naming your rooms down the side and timeslots across the top, then typing each class where it belongs. This free grid saves automatically in your browser and prints cleanly. When your event outgrows a grid — capacity limits, waitlists, family registration, check-in — that's what the full product does, free for up to 10 participants.

How to use it well

• Name rooms honestly — a grid with “Gym (fits 30)” prevents wishful placements.
• Keep timeslot names short: “Period 2” beats “Late-morning session (10:40–11:35)”.
• One class per cell. If a class repeats, type it in each timeslot it runs.
• Print a copy for the wall and export CSV for the volunteers’ group chat.
